1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

2. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

3.I HAVE RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT WHY IS MY PACKAGE NOT

Most of our orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS, depending on the order value and/or the weight.. All orders are shipped with tracking so that you can easily check the status or your order.

4.DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING? IS IT REFUNDABLE?

There is no express fee, if you have not sent the product, you can cancel the order for free at any time, once you send the product to cancel the order, we may charge a certain fee

5.WHAT WILL I GET REFUNDED WHEN RETURNING MY ORDER?

We'll refund everything for the items that you returned (Item cost and taxes), but not the shipping cost to get the item sent to you.

6.I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS IN, AND MY ORDER ALREADY SHIPPED!

If the package has already shipped, meaning a label has been created, then you would be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to make the change and get the package re-routed if possible.

If the order is returned to sender (That's us), we'll refund it to the original payment method once it arrives back safely.

Generally, your best choice to get the item to you the fastest is reordering, using the correct shipping address.

7.IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT SEEN MY REFUND

From the day we receive the internal product, the return may take up to 2 weeks. This means that it may take up to two weeks for you to get the gift card or refund. We will issue all refunds on Monday and Friday (except holidays).

8. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as Paypal.

9.Where does my order ship from?

Grass shine works with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you.

However, since your products are from far away, we are not sure whether we have purchased them in advance and put them in our local overseas warehouses. In most cases, our products will arrive faster, but we hope you know that this is beyond our control!

10. WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.
